1.5 cup of flour 6 table spoons of Sugar 3 Eggs 1 cup of milk 4 Apples, peeled, sliced salad oil Powdered sugar
1. Mix flour and sugar. Beat in the eggs one at a time. 2. Add milk one third at a time, beating constantly. Beat untill smooth and batter form a ribbon. 3. Add apple slices to the batter.proof 30 min before frying. 4. Fry in hot oil, a quarter cup per fritter. Remove, drain, garnish with powdered sugar.
