Coconut and Crab Soup with Coriander

01 tsp vegetable oil
01 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
01 tbsp unroasted curry powder
150 gm oyster mushrooms break in to strips
600 ml coconut milk
500 ml fish stock
400 gm crab meat
02 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves


1. Heat the oil in a saucepan,add ginger garlic paste and curry powder, fry for few seconds.

2. Add mushrooms & crab meat.

3. Mix in fish stock coconut milk & stir well. Bring to the boil Quickly,reduce the heat & simmer for 5-7 minutes.

4. Add salt & check the seasoning. Stir in the coriander & serve hot.
