Ingredients:
Ice
1 measure lime syrup
Ginger beer
Wedge of lime and a spring of mint, to decorateMethod:
1. Fill a chilled and frosted high ball or tall glass two-thirds full with ice and pour in the lime syrup.
2. Fill up with ginger beer and stir gently.
3. Dress with the wedge of fresh lime and the sprig of mint.
