Chocolate Marshmallow Nut Fudge

2 x 100g packets white marshmallows.
60g Unsalted Butter.
1 Tablespoon Cream.
125g Dark Chocolate(Chopped)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence.
1 Cup Macadamia Nuts (Chopped)

Grease 8cm x 26cm bar pan, line base and sides with foil, grease foil.

Combine marshmallows, butter and cream in saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until marshmallows are melted.

Remove from heat, add chocolate and essence, stir until chocolate is melted. Beat for 1 minute with wooden spoon, add nuts, beat 30 seconds or until mixture is combined.

Pour into prepared pan; refrigirate until set before cutting.
