Caramel Cheese Flan

1 package whipped cream cheese (8 oz)
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
8 tbsp sugar

Preheat oven to 350f. Heat the sugar in a pan until melted and golden brown. Use low heat. When sugar is melted, pour it into the baking dish and turn the dish until caramel sticks to the bottom all over the dish. If you use a stainless steel bowl for baking, you can melt the sugar in the same.

Beat egg whites 30 to 40 seconds. Add egg yolks and beat another 30 seconds (medium speed) . Add cream cheese and beat 2 minutes. Add 2 cans of milk and beat 2 - 2 1/2 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour the mixture into the dish prepared and bake until set, but still shaky a little bit, about 1 1/2 hours. Chill and serve upside down.
