Boil the soya meat & mushrooms with salt & cut into very small pieces. Deep fry the Soya meat & temper the Mushrooms. Cut the carrots, beans, tomatoes and green chillies into pieces. Add sliced onions & all mentioned above into a Bowl. Finally add salt & pepper to taste. Mix well. To garnish add the Cashew nuts & the raisins. Serve for 4 people.
