500g Pork (with or without fat)
4 peices goraka
2 teaspoons chillie powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon giner paste
2" peice of cinnamon

curry leaves
2 tablespoons oil
1 chopped onion
2 chopped green chillies
1/4 teaspoons fennel seeds (Maduru)
1/4 teaspoons Fenugreek seeds (uluhaal)
1 cup water
salt to taste

Wash thoroughly the Pork and cut into requirted size cubes. add the chillie powder, curry powder, fenugreek seeds, Goraka, ginger and garlic paste and salt and mix well. Leave for 1/2 an hour to marinate.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions curry leaves, green chillies, for 1 minute and add the fennel seeds and mixl. Then add the marinated pork and mix well. cover for 2 minutes under medium heat and then add the water. Cover and cook for at least for half an hour on low flame. Taste for salt.
