Chinese Hot Butter Pork

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and its nice to have a sri lankan receipe forum like this. I'm in UK and searching for this receipe long time. It's called 'Hot butter Pork' and available in "fu-lu-su" chinese resturant in Maharagama. It's the best chinese dish I ever had and do not have a clue on how to make it. I love this dish so much that I had it several times in my last visit in 2010. Now I'm searching this again.. PLEASE ... PLEASE... if someone know this please reply. THANKS !!!
