Here is a recipe that you and your kids might like;
Imbul Kiri Bath (Milk Rice with Cocunut stuffing) , posted under "Rices and Breads".

If fresh coconut is not available, you can use desiccated unsweetened coconut. Add a little water to it and micro for a minute before using.

Re: What is worcestershir sauce?

Worcestershire sauce is a fermented liquid condiment. The recipe basically consists of anchovies, tamarind, garlic, vinegar, chilies, cloves, shallots, and sugar. I don't think there is a sinhala or tamil name for it. But it is available in Supermarkets in Sri Lanka.
