To make whip cream all you need is fresh cream and start with a whisk or a mixing bowl with a balloon whisk attached. Start slow and speed up dont whip too much, when consistancy reach to what you wanted stop whisking. Whip cream can be runny, or be able to pipe using a piping bag or be able to spread with a palate knife to apply for cakes or gateauxs
