Ingredients:
2 whole garlic bulbs
1 tesp salt
1 cup corn oil
3 tbsp lemonjuice
pinch of pepperMethod:
Put the garlic and the salt in the food processor and process to a smooth paste. add oil in a thin stream while processing( add the oil very slowly). Process until the oil and garlic forms a uniform mixture. Add lemon juice, pepper and process again( the more oil u use, the strong taste of the garlic cuts down).
