Boil chicken in water and save one can broth. Cut the chicken in to small pieces and keep it aside. Add all ingredient together in a separate pan (excluding chicken and broth) and simmer for 45 minutes. (No need to add water) Add the chicken pieces and the broth together with all ingredients after 45 minutes and simmer it for 5 mins. * If you want the soup to be little thick (after 30 mins) grind some of the half cooked potatoes & carrots and add it along with the ingredients and simmer it.
