Coconut and Crab Soup with Coriander
INGREDIENTS METHOD 1. Heat the oil in a saucepan,add ginger garlic paste and curry powder, fry for few seconds. 2. Add mushrooms & crab meat. 3. Mix in fish stock coconut milk & stir well. Bring to the boil Quickly,reduce the heat & simmer for 5-7 minutes. 4. Add salt & check the seasoning. Stir in the coriander & serve hot. 04 Servings
