1. 2 lbs oranges(sidrang oranges) 2. 2 lbs white sugar 3. 2 bottles water
Method
Quater the oranges and slice finely right through. Remove pips overnight in two bottles fo water.
The following morning pour into a pan and add the sugar, squeeze out the juice from the bag of pips and throw away the pips.
Cook gently on a slow fire till redused to half the quantity. Bottle while hot in very clean, dry and warmed bottles. Print this recipe Email this recipe
