Cream Soup 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1/2 cup chopped boiled chicken 1/4 cup butter 3 tablespoons of flour 1 1/2 cup of chicken broth 1 1/2 cup of milk
Saut� onion and chicken in butter until chicken is done. Stir in flour and stir in pepper and salt. Cook for a minute until smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk. Do not boil. (4 servings)
