20x35cm piece focaccia bread 200ml tomato pasta sauce 100g grated mozzarella cheese 125g grated cheddar cheese 25g finely grated parmesan cheese 150g small cooked shelled prawns 1 small onion
Split focaccia in half, place on oven tray; Sprinkle with half the combined cheese, top with prawns, onion, capers, remaining cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, in hot oven for about 15 minutes or until browned. Cut into squares.
