cooking chocolate(dark or milk)
Melt the chocolate in a pan over a pan of boiling water. Stir the chocolate as it melts. Take the chocolate from the pan and pour the chocolate to make a lattice. (Making the lattice is easier if you have a pan with a tiny pouring end to it).
This creation makes a beautiful arrangement on your dessert plate and add some fruits like raspberries or canned peach/pear to the side, pouring over some fruit sauce and finally finish it off by dusting it with some icing sugar and you have a beautiful dessert! (for ice cream lovers, you could also have a scoop of iceream on the sides !)
