Australian : Caramel Fudge

Ingredients

3 Cups Caster Sugare
2 395ml cans evaporated milk
3 Table spoons of water
5 Table spoons of Butter or Margarine
1 Teaspoon vanilla essence


INSTRUCTIONS

Place sugare, Milk,water and Butter in large Suacepan and stir untill all sugar dissolves. Add Vanilla essence. Bring to Medium boil,and Boil steadily stiring constantly for approx 1/2hour. Mixture will then perform a soft ball when dropped in cold water. Remove from Heat. Beat well untill mixture turns cloudy and pour into a weel greased tray. Then leave to set till cool,Then cut into squares with a sharp Knife and ENJOY!!!
