Pineapple Pluff

Ingredients:
1 tin evaporated milk
1 tin crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
2 envelopes of gelatine
2 eggs

Preparation:
First, beat the eggs and sugar.
Blend the milk.
Add the beaten eggs and sugar to the blended milk.
Dissolve 2 pkt of gelatine in 1 cup of water.
Add the dissolved gelatine to the mixture and blend well.
Pour the mixture in a container.
Add the crushed pineapple and stir the mixture.
Finally, let it to set in the fridge.


Cooking tip:
The easiest way to dissolve gelatine is:
First, pour a cup of cold water in a saucepan.
Then, sprinkle the gelatine powder into the
cold water that is already taken in the pan. Leave
it for about 10 minutes to get soaked. Now, place
the saucepan on the cooker and gently heat it on LOW
flame until all the gelatine powder dissolves into
liquid. Quickly take the saucepan off the cooker.
