Ingredients:
Marie buscuits (About 2-3 packets or as many as u like)
1 quart heavy cream
1 stick butter (quarter pound)
2 cups icing sugar
cocoa powder
Cold Milk (Not coconut milk)
Canned pineapple pieces or stewed pineapple
vanilla
a few cashews finely chopped

Method:
Using a spoon mix the icing sugar and cocoa powder together in a bowl. Beat the butter stick and icing sugar cocoa powder mixture with an electric beater until nice and creamy. Add vanilla and beat further until mixed and set aside.

Whip the heavy cream until firm peaks form.

Take a large bowl and arrange a layer of marie buscuits. Drop a table spoon of cold milk on each biscuit. Put a layer of prepared chocolate icing and add another layer of biscuits on top, soaking each with a spoon of milk.

Add some pineapple with a little syrup and put whipped cream on top. Next layer, do the same and alternate each layer with pineapple, whipped cream or chocolate icing and chopped cashews. Do as you please. Keep adding until desired amount of pudding is reached. You can decorate with nuts and cherries or more whipped cream.

Let it chill in the fridge for atleast 2 hours before serving. This gives time for the flavors to combine and soften the biscuits further.

This is an inexpensive, easy and delicious pudding. But watch your waistline and arteries!! Enjoy!
