ingredinents:
800 fresh tofu
15-20 small green prawns, peeled
ginger paste
5 hot fresh chillis finly sliced
5 spring onions finely chopped
1 table spoonseamse oil
3 table spponssoy sausemethod:
breake the tofu into large pieces and place in a shallow heatproof bowl. add the prawns and scatter with ginger paste,chillies and spring onions. steam the tofu over simmering 10 minutes. drizzle seasme oil and serve with rice.
