MOCK KIRI KOS

2 lb White Cabbage
1/10 teaspoon of Saffron (Kaha)
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon full of Maldivefish grounded
1/2 teaspoon of fenugreek (uluhal)
1 Onion - sliced
1 inch peice of cinnamon stick
3 Green chillies - sliced
1/2 teaspoon of Black pepper powder
4 Table spoons of Mashed potatoe powder
Karapinch, Rampe optional
3/4 Cup of water
1 Cup of milk

Cutup cabbage about 1 1/2 inch in length but not too finely. Put in saucepan
and add all the above ingredients except the milk and Mashed potatoe powder
and boil until the cabbage is cooked. Then add the Mashed potatoe powder and
mix it well, then add the milk and add salt to taste If you like you can
temper the curry. - Its optional. Enjoy the Mock Kiri Kos.

Temper: 1 tablespoon of oil, sliced onions, 1/8 teaspoon of Mustard seeds, 3
Red chilies broken into 2 and fry until golden brown and then add the cabbage
