For the Tadka:( seasoning) 1 tsp mustard seeds 1/2 tsp asafoetida
For the garnish: Corriander leaves ( chopped)
Method: Wash and cut the colcasia/Arbi leaves. Make a paste of all the ingredients listed under ingredient. Apply this paste on the leaves. Roll the leaves and steam them for 15 minutes till the rolls become soft. Cool them naturally and on cooling cut the rolls. Heat some oil and add the mustard seeds and asafoetida till it sizzles. Pour this over the rolls. Sprinkle the chopped Corriander leaves . Serve with Indian Chutneys like Tamarind or Corriander and curd dip.
