Stir-fried Collard Greens
This is a quick dish, that goes well with fried rice or white rice. The collard greens could be substituted with Kan-kun, Kale or even green cabbage. 5 cups Collard Greens, chopped Fry the garlic and onion in oil. When fragrant, add chillie and cashew nuts. When cashew turns golden brown, add raisin. Fry for a few minutes. Add Collard. Cook for few minutes. Add soy sauce and salt to taste. Serve hot.
