500g Mushrooms (sliced & deep fried)200g Onions (sliced & deep fried)10-12 Curry Leaves (fried)3-4 Green Chilies (Sliced & fried)1/2 tsp Chopped garlic1/4 tsp Chopped ginger25 g Maldive Fish2 tsps Soy Sauce1 tbs Tomato Sauce2 tsp Chili piecesSalt to taste
Mix all ingredients and leave on low fire till sauce absorbs. Serve with hot with rice.
