1/4 lb bacon, diced and fried 1 onion diced 2 cups water 1 pt milk 1 tin cream corn,425grm 4-5 medium potatoes 1 pkt mushroom or similar soup 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp flour
method: Cook potatoes and onion in water until tender. In a heavy bottom pot melt butter, add flour, soup and milk, and bring to boil. Add potatoes, water, creamed corn and bacon. Heat through and serve.
