1. 11/2 lbs. beef
2. 1 tsp chilli powder
3. 2 medium sized onions
4. 2 tomatoes
5. 1 oz magarine
6. 1 tsp parsley
7. 1/2 cup sour cream
8. salt
Method
Fry the chopped onions in magarine until
a golden brown.Sprinkle with chilli powder
and add the cut meat and fry on all sides.
Cover with a lid and simmer until the juice
escapes. Add two chopped tomatoes, salt, and
one tablespoon of water. Bring to the boil
and add chopped parsley and 2 tablesppons
sour cream.
Serve with boiled macaroni.
If the meat is still hard,add a little more
water and cook until it is soft.
