5 pieces of any fish 3 big onions (cut lentgth wise) 5 flakes garlic small piece of ginger 1 big tomatoe (chopped) curryleaves little turmarind juice, 10 dry chillis (soak them little while) salt to taste, little oil,
Wash the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric for 15 mins. Then half fry the fish pieces and keep aside. Lightly fry half onions, garlic and ginger grind the soaked chillis along with fried onions, garlic, ginger and curryleaves into paste.
Heat the oil in a pan add onions and fry, then add chopped tomatoes, when tomatoe become soft add ground masala in medium heat. mix turmarind juice and fish in the low heat for 10 mins. When u take out from the fire sprinkle very little sugar and mix well.
