1 1/4 lb. boiled seer fish 1/2 lb. boiled carrot 2 oz. sliced celery 4 fresh eggs 3 dessertspoons Tomato sauce 1/4 lb. chopped onion 1 lb. boiled prawns 1/4 lb. leeks cut into strips 1 oz. butter 3 oz. grated cheese 1 oz. butter 4 oz. boiled noodles
Garnishing:
6 oz. cream cheese 1 dessertspoon milk 2 oz. mashed potatoes 4 oz. butter 1/2 lb. boiled prawns Green peas
Method:
Flake the fish, add prawns, carrots, onions, leeks,noodles, celery,beaten eggs cheese, butter, tomato sauce, parsley, salt and pepper and mix all together very lightly. Butter a heart shaped mould pack fish mixture into the mould, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, dot with butter and bake for twenty minutes at 35o degrees. Cool it and Decorate.
