15 chicken wings
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Blue cheese sauce:
80g soft blue cheese
1/2 cup light sour cream
2 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice

To make Blue Cheese Sauce, blend or process all ingredients for blue cheese sauce until smooth.

Grill chicken until browned all over and cooked through, brushing with combined remaining ingredients several times during cooking. Serve with Blue Cheese Sauce.
