1 kg minced pork
5-6tablespoon dry breadcrumbs
1 small onion coarsely grated
parsley chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
pepper and ground cinnamon
5 eggs
5 hard-boiled eggs,shelled halved(optional
1 glass dry white wine
1 egg whit
dry breadcrumbs to sprinkle the rolls
1/3-1/2 glass oil for frying

Combine the minced meat,breadcrumbs,onion,parsley, garlic,salt,pepper,cinnamon and eggs.Divide the mixture into 10 portions and shape into an equivalent number of pies. Put half an egg on each pie, roll up and shape into oblongs.Beat the egg white with 1 tablespoon of water. While holding each crumbs.Place the rolls on a platter and chill uncovered for some hours or overnight. Heat the oil lightly in a wide- based, non-stick, pan and fry the rolls over low heat, turning them carefully until golden brown on all sides.Pour in the wine, cover and continue to simmer for a while.Turn the rolls again to ab- sorb wine on all sides. Finally, pour 1 glass of water, cover and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated
