400 gram minced beaf-meat
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tablespoon well cruched blackpeppercorns
1/2 tablespoon well cruched whitepeppercorns
1/2 tablespoon salt
3-4 well chopped tablespoons parsley
2 pices of toast the edges cutten away
1 egg
3/4 decilter water or more luxerious variant milk or single-or-doubblecreame


make breadcrums of the toastbread.
mix with water and the egg and all spiceys + the chopped parsley .
grave the garlicclove and mix that in to.
chopp the onion very fine and add to the mixture.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Now add the minced beafmeat.
Blend it all well.
Form balls half size as big as a golfball.
Fry in groundnut oil mixed with butter for about 5 -7 minutes depend on the size.
serve with noodles, pasta(spagetti) or bolied/fried potatos. Print this recipe       Email this recipe
