Makes 6 Servings

6 chicken breasts, bone in, with or without skin
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup of hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar or cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey (bee's)
1 tsp Dojonn mustard
1 tsp hot chile paste
2 cloves of garlic minced

1. Pat chicken dry. Trim off and discard any fat

2. Combine ketchup, hoisin sauce,soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, mustrard, chile paste and garlic. Rub into chicken breasts on both sides Arrange breasts in single layer in baking dish, fleshy side up. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 45- 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
but still juicy
