Baked Chicken Breast with Asian BBQ Sauce
Makes 6 Servings 6 chicken breasts, bone in, with or without skin 1. Pat chicken dry. Trim off and discard any fat 2. Combine ketchup, hoisin sauce,soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, mustrard, chile paste and garlic. Rub into chicken breasts on both sides Arrange breasts in single layer in baking dish, fleshy side up. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 45- 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
