1. 5 mangoes
2. 1 tbs ghee
3. 2 bombay onions
4. 3 green chillies
5. 1 rampe
6. 1 sera
7. 10 karapincha leaves
8. 1/2 tsp saffron
9. 1 oz garlic
10. 1/2 oz ginger
11. 1 tbs corriander powder
12. 1 tsp pepper
13. 2 tbs kasa kasa
14. 1 tsp maduru
15. 2 tsp suduru
16. salt to taste Method
Fry the curry stuff in ghee. Then turn in the
cut up mango pieces. Pour one cup of water
into the pan. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and
1/2 teaspoon powdered spices. Let the curry
boil slowly. When it is thick,it is ready for
use.
