2 cups hopper batter *
2- 3 tbsp of treacle (Peni)
Oil* Prepare the batter as given in the Aappa recipe.
Just before making the hoppers add about 2 tbsp of treacle to the batter and stir.
Now make the hoppers as you generally would. These hoppers tend to burn quickly and will be difficult to remove from the pan. So oil the pan each time.
