EPRLF WANTS MORE (98 Nov 11)
The Eelam People's Revolutionary Liberation Front (EPRLF), in a resolution adopted at a meeting of the central committee held on the 2nd and the 3rd of November in Kolomba, has said that the so-called political package is inadequate and incomplete and does not satisfy the "aspirations" of the Tamils. It has urged the government" to create a forum where the Tamil political parties and the government could have discussions and arrive at a just and reasonable solution ."
These people who cannot hold their meetings in Yapanaya and who have no mass base, living in Kolomba try to dictate terms to the government. From the resolution adopted it is clear that what the Tamil racists are after is not even a federal state. In fact as far as these parties are concerned a federal state is only a stepping stone to Eelam.
From the very beginning Tamil racists have followed a policy of "a little now and more later" as described by Gr. A. J. Wilson in the case of his father-in-law Mr. S. J. V. Chelvanayaksam. The Tamil racists said that peace will come with the provincial councils. Having got the provincial councils they demanded more. The PA government has presented the G.l.-Neelan package. The Tamil racists are not satisfied with that either. They want more and more . They will be satisfied only with an Eelam.
