Jan 16 (IL) The Organisation of Professional Associations of Sri Lanka in a letter to President Chandrika Kumaratunga had appealed to her to direct the Police to ensure that speedy and stern action taken against the sons of Ministers S.B.Dissanayake and Mahinda Wijesekera.
They have stated what perturbs them is the lethargy and partiality of the Police towards the suspects.It is a matter of shame that these sons of the said two Ministers have on numerous occasions too indulged in such criminal activities and have gone un punished, the letter also stated.
