CEB to pay Rs36 a unit for self-generated power
Jan 28 (EN) CEB will pay 36 rupees a unit to bulk customers who generate their own power in peak hours in a bid to avoid power cuts. The CEB will buy electricity from bulk customers with generators between 0530h to 1830h in the day time and the night peak from 1830h-2230h. The amount will be set off against the next months bill.
