Feb 28 (FT) A senior visiting French diplomat said said that despite SL’s withdrawal from co-sponsorship of UNHCR Resolution on Promoting Reconciliation, Accountability and Human Rights in SL, the resolution remains legally binding. “SL’s decision to withdraw from co-sponsorship of the UNHCR resolution doesn’t mean the resolution has disappeared.
